How is this Gin Club different to the Gin club that operated between Sept 2018 – 20 Feb 2021?
The previous Gin Club was run in partnership with a company called Little Gin Box, but sadly our partnership came to an end. The newly formed Gin Club is run by us, Immediate Media, publishers of Radio Times. We decide on the Gins, run the website, and take the payments. It is fulfilled by Upward Comms, who also fulfil RT Shop, Book Club and RT Puzzles.
How do I become a Radio Times Gin Club Member?
All you have to do is visit www.radiotimesginclub.com and enter your details.
What will I receive?
Based on the Membership you choose (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly), you will receive a full bottle of GIN (Minimum 50cl) at least three mixers to create the perfect serve and a selection of Savoury snacks
What type of Memberships do you offer?
Radio Times Gin Club can choose to have their boxes delivered Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?
Our membership cost includes shipping.
How much Gin will I get?
Each Radio Times Gin Club Box will contain 1 full bottle of GIN (70cl)
I want to cancel my Membership
This is not a problem. If you signed up online, please just log into your account and cancel your membership. If you signed up by phone, just email us at info@radiotimesginclub.com by the 20th of the month and we’ll make sure you do not receive any further Radio Times Gin Club Boxes and no further payments shall be taken.
PAYMENT
When will I be billed?
All rolling Memberships will be billed on the day your membership starts and monthly thereafter
When must I suspend or my Membership so as not to receive next month's gin box?
Please email us at info@radiotimesginclub.com with details on how long you would like to pause your membership for and we will arrange this.
What payment options do you offer?
Because of age verification requirements, we currently can only accept credit card payments through our website or by phone. We use Stripe to handle our payment transactions.
SHIPPING
Our Boxes can only be sent within the UK and will be sent between the 28-31st of each month. Subscriptions received after the 25th of each month will be sent the following month,
We’ll despatch your Gin Box to the shipping address you specify in the order.
If your Gin Box has not arrived by the second week of the month please contact us at info@radiotimesginclub.com and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Damaged or broken bottles
Please let us no straight away if you receive broken bottles by us at info@radiotimesginclub.com Please attach a photo of the damage to the email and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please note we cannot refund you for Gin Boxes that you have already received. We can only replace bottles damaged upon arrival.
